Case studies,  success stories

Client testimonials, while heartfelt and sincere, tend to be vague and rarely tell the whole story. I encourage you to seek testimonials and reviews from clients, but I also recommend developing deeper case studies and success stories that truly capture the value you deliver.

Case studies tend to be more data-driven and structured, while success stories are more focused on the emotional narrative. Both follow the same basic framework – challenges faced, solutions provided, results delivered. The approach you take should be based on your clients, what influences their decisions, and how the impact of their products or services is felt.
